Alaskans take pride in our wonderful places, and they are worth protecting for future generations. Safeguarding Alaska starts with Alaskans. Alaska Conservation Alliance empowers Alaskans to protect their state and quality of life by giving them the knowledge and skills they need to effectively advocate for clean water, clean air and a healthy environment.
Pesticides Update
ACA and member group Alaska Community Action on Toxics have been working closely over the past two years with a coalition of conservationists, biologists and public health advocates to improve pesticide policy in the state.
ACA also supports member group Southeast Alaska Conservation Council in their fight against aerial pesticide spraying on subsistence areas in Southeast Alaska.
